We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Verbier boutique on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine premium client experience, commercial performance and strong day-to-day support for the boutique team.
While Verbier will be your home boutique, the role also includes regular mobility across our Swiss boutiques when needed to support replacements, reinforcement and business continuity.
You will:
Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience.
Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs, turning performance indicators into concrete actions.
Support the Store Manager in organising daily activity, setting priorities and maintaining strong operational standards.
Coach and support the team through regular feedback, product knowledge and hands-on guidance.
Take ownership of the boutique when required, including opening and closing procedures and day-to-day decision-making.
Ensure Fusalp's visual merchandising and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
Work alongside the team on stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and all daily boutique operations.
Provide operational support across other Fusalp boutiques in Switzerland when business needs require it.
