This role strengthens our Zermatt boutique for the winter season. We are looking for someone who can create strong client relationships while contributing consistently to commercial performance.

Job Description

  • Welcome and advise an international clientele with professionalism, authenticity and attention to detail.

  • Create personalised experiences and build lasting client relationships through clienteling.

  • Contribute actively to sales targets, KPIs and boutique performance.

  • Develop strong knowledge of our collections and confidently share the Fusalp story and technical expertise.

  • Maintain high visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.

  • Contribute to daily operations, including stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and cash handling.

This opportunity is for someone who wants to develop a real career in premium retail and already has a credible first experience facing customers.

Zermatt is an international resort with demanding peak periods. The boutique is a hands-on environment where everyone contributes to clients, sales and operations.

Must-have

  • A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where service and sales are central.

  • English is required.

  • A genuine interest in selling, clienteling and commercial performance.

  • Reliability, professionalism and a hands-on attitude.

  • Availability for an 80% seasonal contract and a flexible rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

Nice-to-have

  • German is highly appreciated.

  • Any additional language.

  • Experience in premium or luxury retail.

What you’ll love working here

  • Seasonal 80% contract from December 2026 to 15 April 2027.

  • CHF 3,800 per month + bonus. The salary is flexible and may be adjusted based on the candidate’s profile, qualifications, and experience.
