We are looking for a passionate, commercially driven Sales Associate to join our Aspen boutique and help shape the Fusalp client experience in one of the world's most iconic luxury ski destinations.

You will be more than a Sales Associate: you will be an ambassador of French Alpine elegance, building meaningful connections with a discerning international clientele while contributing to the long-term success of our boutique.

Job Description

  • Create exceptional client experiences through personalized styling, thoughtful recommendations and genuine hospitality.

  • Drive sales and build loyalty by developing meaningful relationships with local and international clients.

  • Bring the Fusalp story to life by sharing our French Alpine heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise.

  • Contribute to boutique performance through clienteling, CRM initiatives and a results-driven approach.

  • Uphold boutique excellence through impeccable visual standards, inventory management and seamless daily operations.

What will help you succeed

You are a natural seller who thrives in a dynamic premium retail environment. You enjoy connecting with people, turning genuine conversations into sales opportunities and working as part of a team.

You combine commercial drive with warmth, adaptability and attention to detail, especially during the excitement of the winter season.

Must-have

  • Experience in premium retail, fashion, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.

  • Strong selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

  • A proactive, positive and team-oriented mindset.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays throughout the winter season.

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or premium skiwear.

  • Familiarity with clienteling, CRM or retail KPIs.

  • Additional languages to connect with our international clientele.

  • A passion for skiing, fashion and the Alpine lifestyle.

What you’ll love working here

  • A seasonal, full-time position from November 10, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

  • $30 per hour, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity.
