We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Zermatt Store.
As a true brand ambassador, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and upholding Fusalp’s premium image.
Your Mission
Lead commercial activity: Monitor key performance indicators (sales, conversion, units per transaction, average basket), implement action plans, and hit monthly targets
Inspire and lead your team: Recruitment, training, daily coaching, and individual development support
Ensure operational excellence: Oversee stock management, enforce procedures, and deliver accurate reporting
Deliver an exceptional client experience: Ensure warm welcomes, personalized advice, and customer loyalty
Maintain the store’s premium image: Apply visual merchandising standards, keep the store pristine, and highlight collections effectively
